Delivery

International deliveries are carried by DHL Express Service. The shipping cost is calculated at check out, based on your country of origin. Please note that all shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne by you.

In Romania, deliveries are carried by Fan Courier. We offer free delivery for orders over 200 lei, for the main towns and cities. For orders under 200 lei, the shipping cost starts from 17 lei, depending on the destination and payment method.

We kindly remind you that our products are ready for shipping in maximum 3 working days from the order confirmation date.

Returns

In any situation where products are returned, they must be in the same condition as they were sent to the Buyer, together with all labels and documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).

Products from the alexandracaspruf.com virtual store can be returned within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt by the buyer. 

Products from the alexandracaspruf.com virtual store can be exchanged within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer. If a more expensive product is requested in exchange, the difference will be paid. If a cheaper product is requested in exchange, the difference cannot be refunded.

The seller will refund the value of the order or replace the product with a new one within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the Buyer's account, within a maximum of 14 days (from the arrival of your return in our warehouse), both for orders paid by card and for those paid by Cash on Delivery to the courier.

In the case of products that do not comply with conformity and quality standards, the cost of return transport will be borne by the Seller. If the products are returned for reasons independent of the Seller, all return fees will be borne by the Buyer.

Customized products, made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer, cannot be returned.

The return address is the same as the shipping address of the products: str. Gladitei, nr.42, bl. T7, ap.1403, Bucharest.
