All our pieces are handcrafted in our workshop in Bucharest, using carefully selected elements and great attention to detail. As each pearl and natural stone is unique, you may notice small imperfections and variations in color and size from one piece of jewelry to another. This is considered a factor of uniqueness rather than a defect.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- damage caused by accidents, sports activities, professional or domestic use;
- exposure of the product to sudden temperature or humidity changes;
- exposure of the product to destructive environments such as: dust, smoke, steam, solvents, adhesives, acids, salts, cosmetic products;
- exposure of the product to chlorine or substances containing chlorine, including tap water or pool water;
- signs of wear and tear;
- failure to follow the instructions for storing the jewelry, which are detailed below.
Recommendations for keeping jewelry in good condition.
Jewelry should be stored separately, in special containers.
Bijuteriile si elementele din argint oxideaza in contact cu aerul si umiditatea. Pastrati-le in cutii sau saculeti inchisi. Curatati-le ocazional cu o carpa moale si solutii speciale pentru a inlatura oxidarea.
Jewelry and silver elements can oxidize when exposed to air and humidity. Keep them in closed boxes or pouches. Clean them occasionally with a soft cloth and special solutions to remove oxidation.
Natural stones, corals, and shells should be protected from impacts and scratches, strong light, and heat.
Handle the delicate fastening systems of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with care.
Do not expose your jewelry to water and chemicals such as perfume, sprays, detergents, and chlorine.
Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping or engaging in sports activities. Excessive sweating can alter the jewelry.
